1. Our Commitment
Trivmo, operated by QNeesh, LLC, has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. We are committed to maintaining a safe platform and to protecting minors from exploitation, abuse, grooming, and any other harm. These standards apply to all users, content, and interactions on the Trivmo platform.
2. Age Requirements
Trivmo is strictly an adult platform. Users must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use our services. We do not knowingly permit minors to access or use Trivmo.
- We require users to confirm their age during registration.
- We use identity and age verification measures to help enforce this requirement.
- Any account suspected of belonging to a minor will be suspended and investigated immediately.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Trivmo and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities where required:
- Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a minor.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind, including images, videos, text, or illustrations.
- Solicitation, grooming, or any attempt to engage a minor in sexual activity or conversation.
- Sharing, distributing, or linking to CSAM or CSAE-related material.
- Impersonating a minor or misrepresenting age for deceptive purposes.
- Any content that normalizes, glorifies, or encourages the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
4. Detection and Enforcement
We take proactive and reactive steps to detect and remove CSAE content and related conduct:
- Automated Detection: We use industry-standard tools, including PhotoDNA and similar hash-matching technologies, to detect known CSAM.
- Human Review: Our Trust & Safety team reviews flagged content and accounts.
- Account Termination: Accounts found to contain or distribute CSAE content are immediately and permanently banned.
- Law Enforcement Reporting: We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, as required by U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and cooperate with law enforcement agencies worldwide.
5. Reporting
We make it easy for users to report suspected CSAE content or conduct:
- In-app reporting: Every profile and message has a report option. Select "Child Safety" as the reason when reporting CSAE-related concerns.
- Email: Reports can be sent directly to safety@trivmo.com.
- NCMEC CyberTipline: You may also report directly at missingkids.org/gethelpnow/cybertipline.
All reports are treated with urgency. We do not retaliate against users who make good-faith reports.
6. User Responsibilities
All Trivmo users are responsible for complying with these standards. By using Trivmo, you agree that you:
- Are 18 years of age or older.
- Will not upload, share, or engage in any CSAE-related content or conduct.
- Will report any suspected CSAE content or behavior you encounter on the platform.
7. Cooperation with Authorities
Trivmo cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations involving child safety. We preserve and disclose account information and content as required by law and in response to valid legal process. We have designated a point of contact for law enforcement requests related to child safety matters.
