How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Trivmo account at any time using one of the following methods:
Option 1: From the Trivmo App
- Open the Trivmo app on your device.
- Go to Settings (tap the profile icon).
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Select a reason for leaving (optional).
- Confirm your decision by tapping Delete My Account.
Option 2: Contact Us via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing support@trivmo.com from the email address associated with your account.
Please include:
- Your full name as it appears on your profile.
- The phone number or email associated with your account.
- A clear request to delete your account.
We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When your account is deleted, the following actions are taken:
- Profile removal: Your profile will no longer be visible to other users.
- Messages: Your messages and chat history will be deleted.
- Matches and interactions: All your matches, likes, and other interactions will be
permanently removed.
- Photos: All photos you uploaded will be deleted from our servers.
- Personal data: Your personal information (name, email, phone number, preferences, etc.)
will be removed from our active systems.
Data Retention After Deletion
After your account is deleted, we may retain certain limited data as required by law or for legitimate
business purposes:
- Archived records: A minimal archived record may be retained for up to 30 days to allow
for account recovery if the deletion was accidental.
- Legal obligations: Transaction records and data required for tax, legal, or regulatory
compliance may be retained as required by applicable law.
- Safety records: Records related to safety investigations, fraud prevention, or terms
violations may be retained for up to 5 years to protect the community.

Important Things to Know
- Deletion is permanent: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will
need to create a new account if you wish to use Trivmo again.
- Active subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active
subscriptions. Please cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before
deleting your account to avoid future charges.
- Processing time: Account deletion requests are typically processed immediately when done
through the app. Email requests may take up to 30 days.
